Property Cleanup at 104 W. Sheridan, Shenandoah, IA
Vision Shenandoah is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the cleanup and preparation of a property located at 104 W. Sheridan, Shenandoah, IA, in advance of a complete renovation.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Full yard and house cleanup
- Removal of all debris, junk, and garbage
- Responsible disposal of all waste materials
- Careful handling and preservation of salvageable items
- Pest eradication
- Winterization of the house
Bid Requirements:
All bids must include:
- Proof of insurance
- Validated experience in similar work
- A list of reputable references
- Total cost for the project
- Provide additional information upon the request of the Vision Shenandoah Board of Directors
Successful bidders will have familiarity with and adhere to all applicable local and state ordinances, licensing requirements, and environmental regulations.
Project Timeline:
- Completion Deadline: All work must be completed by December 31, 2025, extensions will only be granted at the discretion of the Vision Shenandoah Board of Directors.
- Bid Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted by 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 6, 2025
