Jason Goltz was born and raised in Farragut and upon graduating from the University of Arkansas with an engineering degree, he moved back to Southwest Iowa living in Shenandoah and working in Red Oak. Jason spent time in engineering and continuous improvement roles before switching to operations where he spent 3 years living in South Carolina before moving back to Shenandoah in 2019 where he now resides just south of town with his wife, Melissa, and 3 daughters. Jason is currently the Plant Manager at Pella Corporation in Shenandoah and serves on the Shenandoah Chamber and Industry Board as well as the Vision Shenandoah Board.

Jason is passionate about growth in Shenandoah as both a business leader and community member. Options for affordable housing and daycare are challenges in our community along with recreational activities to not only keep people here but also draw in more visitors from outside the community. Growing up in this area, I have seen several small communities fall without resources to keep them standing and I am proud and honored to serve this board to help shape a thriving Shenandoah!
